Allan Pastor is an associate at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel, where he specialises in handling antitrust procedures related to merger and acquisition filings and investigations. Through his work, he has had the opportunity to participate in a significant number of cases before the Mexican Antitrust Authority (COFECE). He also has expertise in privacy and personal data protection. He was responsible for supervising and managing the internal data protection system of one of Mexico’s largest corporations, has participated in legal proceedings before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), and has been involved in various research projects addressing related topics.
