About Benjamín Uriel Salinas Morales

Benjamín Uriel Salinas Morales is a competition and regulatory attorney in the telecom and high-tech industries. Before joining Nader Hayaux & Goebel, he served as legal director for mergers and acquisitions at the Federal Communications Institute (IFT) for a decade, where he oversaw merger control and regulatory review of several large global M&A involving IT services, infrastructure, satellite communications, cloud computing, data centres, digital platforms, big data, media and high-tech markets. He also drafted the IFT’s opinions and decisions in more than six hundred cases involving licences, authorisations, changes of control and other relevant corporate transactions in the IT industry. Benjamín has an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Boston University Law School.
