About Julián J. Garza Castañeda

Julián J. Garza Castañeda is a partner at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel who specialises in banking and finance, M&A, capital markets, telecoms and structured and project finance. He has advised on some of the largest structured finance and capital markets transactions, representing both sponsors and financial intermediaries. His most recent cases include securitisation deals related to infrastructure and financing projects, as well as local and cross-border issuances of securities, commercial financings and private equity funds. He worked in Chicago at Mayer Brown LLP and received his LLM from the University of Texas. He is part of the teaching staff at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and has been a lecturer in Mexican business and commercial law at the University of Texas.
