About Luciano Pérez

Luciano Pérez has more than 20 years’ experience in representing foreign and national clients in the corporate M&A and banking and finance practices, with specialisation in insurance and reinsurance, regulated M&A and compliance. Within his practices at Nader Hayaux & Goebel (NHG), Luciano provides specialised services in fintech and insurtech, data protection, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and consumer protection regulation matters, among others. He also acts as independent member and secretary of the board of directors of various insurance companies. In addition to his Mexican practice, Luciano worked as a foreign associate in Chicago in the banking and finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP.
