Pedro Isaac Alcalá Berhouague is of counsel at Nader Hayaux & Goebel, specialising in competition law, digital economy and emerging technologies. He previously served as general director of digital markets at Mexico’s competition authority, leading initiatives on AI, data governance, algorithmic regulation and platform conduct. He holds an LLM in Competition Law from King’s College London. With over 20 years of public and private sector experience, he advises global firms, start-ups, fintechs and traditional companies undergoing digital transformation on regulatory strategy and competition matters across Latin America.
