Stuart Miller
is a highly qualified associate in the patent department of KISCH IP. Stuart has an LLB, BSc (Chemistry and Biochemistry), PhD (Inorganic Chemistry) and MSc (Organic Chemistry). Stuart’s primary focus within the patent department is litigation, legal opinion, patents and contract drafting. He is an experienced researcher in the fields of organic chemistry, physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry and materials science. Stuart has done extensive research in a wide range of areas, including homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis, solid oxide fuel cell electrolytes, organic synthesis and structure determination by radiation techniques.
