About Erin Cartledge

Erin Cartledge is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin’s banking and projects group. Her practice is primarily focused on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, both local and international. In this area, Erin has advised lenders, borrowers and sponsors across a number of transactions including secured, unsecured, syndicated and club loan arrangements (and including TLB and unitranche transactions). In addition to her experience in the Australian market, Erin previously worked in the New York office of a large international firm for a number of years.
