About Jo Seto

Jo Seto is a commercial litigator based in Gilbert + Tobin’s Sydney office. She has particular experience advising clients in relation to class actions and regulatory investigations and contractual disputes. Jo has worked with numerous major clients in the financial services and technology sector, including major Australian banks, such as Westpac and HSBC, as well as RBS, TAL, the NSW Treasury, NBN Co, Uber and PayPal. Presently, Jo is acting for Nuix in relation to a class action and ASIC proceedings arising out of Nuix’s initial public offering and disclosures made in relation to the company’s financial forecasts.
