Jason Oliver is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin’s disputes and investigations team. He has extensive experience in Royal Commissions and inquiries, contentious regulatory matters, investigations, white-collar crime, class actions, commercial disputes, technology and digital disputes, and minimising financial and reputational risk. Jason has practised in multiple jurisdictions in Australia and internationally. He has acted for the Australian government and its agencies, as well as for several major corporate clients and private sector firms, in some of their most highly complex and high-profile disputes, investigations, inquiries and regulatory matters.
