About Rosie Enderby

Rosie Enderby is a commercial litigation lawyer based in Gilbert + Tobin’s Sydney office who specialises in advising clients in relation to class actions, regulatory investigations and complex commercial disputes. Rosie has worked with numerous major national and multinational clients in the financial services, technology and pharmaceuticals sectors as well as high net worth individuals. Previously, Rosie was part of the core team that advised Westpac and its subsidiaries in relation to the Fee for No Service proceedings. Rosie is presently acting for Nuix in relation to a class action and ASIC proceedings arising out of Nuix’s initial public offering and disclosures made in relation to the company’s financial forecasts.
