He is the head of MinterEllison's mergers unit and his practice concentrates on complex merger clearances, managing cartel and other regulatory investigations, competition-related litigation, economic regulation, and market design and consumer protection issues. Geoff is passionate about seeking to understand the competitive dynamics clients face in their respective markets and to work closely with them to develop innovative solutions to meet their business needs. He has deep experience advising clients across a range of diverse industry sectors, including financial services, automotive, ports, logistics, gambling, health, pharmaceuticals, government, fuel, gas, electricity, insurance, fast-moving consumer goods, grocery, infrastructure and construction, agribusiness, telecommunications, IT and aviation. Geoff is the Chair of the Competition and Consumer Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia and serves on the National Board of MinterEllison.
