Dean Zinn is a senior associate with MinterEllison with more than eight years’ experience advising Australian and international clients on public and private M&A, equity capital raisings, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, divestments and commercial transactions across a broad range of industries. His experience also extends to corporate advice and regulatory matters, including shareholder activism, start-ups and early-stage companies, Takeovers Panel disputes, ASX Listing Rules compliance, directors’ duties, continuous disclosure obligations and foreign investment rules and regulations. Dean specialises in public M&A and has experience acting on large and high-profile takeovers and schemes of arrangement in Australia.
