Dean Zinn is a senior associate with MinterEllison with more than seven years’ experience advising Australian and international clients on public and private M&A, equity capital raisings, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, divestments and commercial transactions across a broad range of industries. His experience also extends to corporate advice and regulatory matters, including foreign investment rules and regulations, Takeovers Panel disputes, start-ups and early stage companies, directors’ duties, continuous disclosure obligations, ASX Listing Rules compliance and shareholder activism.
