Keith Tan is a special counsel with MinterEllison with 15-plus years’ experience advising domestic and international clients on a variety of regulatory, corporate and commercial arrangements, including acquisitions and disposals, takeovers and mergers, complex restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate advice, across a broad range of industries. Keith has worked on some of the highest profile and most complex corporate transactions in the Australian market in recent years and has extensive experience in all aspects of public company takeovers. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
