Keith Tan is a special counsel with MinterEllison with 15-plus years’ experience advising domestic and international clients on a variety of regulatory, corporate and commercial arrangements, including acquisitions and disposals, takeovers and mergers, complex restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate advice across a broad range of industries. Keith has worked on some of the highest-profile and most complex corporate transactions in the Australian market in recent years and has extensive experience in all aspects of public company takeovers. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
