She has taken part in many mergers and transformations of corporate entities, as well as share purchase transactions and business acquisitions. She also assists clients in day-to-day issues arising in the operation of businesses in Poland, including establishment, restructuring and liquidation of companies, partnerships and branches, modifying corporate structures, and initiating and monitoring-related registration proceedings. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently not practising).
