About Yee Yong Xuan

Yee Yong Xuan is an associate in the intellectual property practice group of Shearn Delamore & Co. Yong Xuan graduated from the University of Malaya with an LLB (Hons). She was later admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitor in 2024. Yong Xuan advises clients on intellectual property protection, with a focus on trade mark prosecution and franchising. As a member of the technology, media and telecommunications practice group, Yong Xuan also advises on matters relating to technology and commercial transactions, encompassing areas such as personal data protection, telecommunications and e-commerce.
