About Ee Von Teo

Ee Von Teo is a partner in the corporate, commercial and securities practice group of Wong & Partners. Her main area of focus is cross-border M&A, including private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and fund formation. She has worked with many PE funds and multinational corporations on award-winning transactions across various industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, consumer and retail and financial services. Ee Von has advised various clients on numerous cross-border M&A transactions, including advising Digital Bridge on its acquisition of telecommunication infrastructure assets in Malaysia, including the recent acquisition of 70% of data centre firm the AIMS Group from TIMEdotCom.
