About Munir Abdul Aziz

Munir Abdul Aziz is the managing partner of Wong & Partners, and is a seasoned and well-respected corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience. His practice includes M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations, capital markets work, international joint ventures and general commercial transactions. Munir is a member of the Management Committee of the Joint Asian Offices of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Steering Committee of the firm. He is the honorary secretary of the Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Malaysian AIDS Foundation.
