About Munir Abdul Aziz

Munir Abdul Aziz is a partner at Wong & Partners and is a seasoned and well-respected corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience. His practice includes M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations, capital markets work, international joint ventures and general commercial transactions. He has represented a myriad of local and multinational corporations, both private and publicly listed, in takeovers, acquisitions, disposals of shares and assets, and reorganisations, among many other matters. Munir is also the President of the Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Malaysian AIDS Foundation.
