About Stephanie Phua

Stephanie Phua is a partner in the private equity and M&A practice of Wong & Partners. Her main areas of focus are private equity investments, venture capital, funds and regional cross-border M&A in South-East Asia. She regularly represents global and regional PE/VC funds in market-leading investments and exits in Malaysia and the wider South-East Asian region. In the past year, Stephanie has advised clients including TPG and KKR on their acquisitions of international schools in Malaysia, and advised IHH Healthcare Berhad on the disposal of its entire share capital in a healthcare and education group, valued at over MYR1.3 billion.
