About Chandrawati Dewi

Chandrawati Dewi was made partner at ABNR Counsellors at Law on 1 January 2009 and focuses her practice on M&A, foreign direct investment (FDI), competition/antitrust, and capital markets. In M&A and FDI, she advises high-end domestic and international clients operating in various sectors, including agriculture and plantations, trading, multilevel-marketing, automotive, and groundside aviation. Dewi was joint head of the ABNR team that handled Grab’s acquisition of Uber’s South-East Asia assets, the largest deal ever of its kind in the region. In addition, she jointly led the team that worked on the Indonesian aspects of Global Infrastructure Partners’ USD5 billion acquisition of Equis Energy, the largest renewable energy deal ever.
