Adrian Panata is a senior associate at ABNR whose practice focuses on arbitration, commercial and criminal litigation, employment and industrial relations disputes, and corporate investigations. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex dispute resolution matters across various industry sectors, including arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Adrian has also been involved in arbitration-related court proceedings, such as applications for the annulment of arbitral awards.
