About Kevin Omar Sidharta

Kevin Omar Sidharta is a key member of ABNR's restructuring and insolvency, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), and aviation practices, and also has busy M&A/FDI, real estate and project finance and development practices. In restructuring and insolvency, he has been involved in almost all cross-border debt restructurings in Indonesia in recent years: US Chapter 15 proceedings of Bakrie Telekom, USD2 billion Duniatex group Indonesian court-sanctioned restructuring process (PKPU), USD4.5 billion Bumi Resources PKPU, USD2 billion Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (BLT) PKPU & out-of-court 2nd stage BLT restructuring, and in aviation sector, PT Mandala Airlines PKPU and PT Metro Batavia insolvency. In project finance and development, he has led a number of notable projects, including Patra SK’s USD127.5 million Lube Base Oil Plant Project, and Krakatau Posco Energy’s USD193.9 million, 200-MW Captive Power Plant Project. He is currently involved in USD5.9 billion Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail Project being developed by PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China and the USD1.8 billion Sritex group PKPU.
