About Ida Ayu Tita Rahmawidiani

Ida Ayu Tita Rahmawidiani is an associate at ABNR specialising in aviation, banking and finance, and corporate/M&A. In aviation, Tita advises on a wide range of aircraft transactions, including financing, purchase, leasing (dry and wet) and repossession. She regularly represents global aircraft lessors and financiers in cross-border leasing, refinancing and delivery arrangements. Her aviation practice extends to airport development and operations, having advised on PPP pre-qualification for airport infrastructure and on transactions involving aircraft maintenance and ground-handling services. Tita earned her Law degree from the University of Padjadjaran and holds an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
