About Maher Sasongko

Maher Sasongko has been with ABNR since 2011 and was made partner in January 2023. His main areas of professional practice encompass banking and finance, project finance and development, M&A, and foreign direct investment. In banking and finance, Maher regularly handles both onshore and offshore financing as well as asset securitisation. In asset securitisation, he handled securitisation of cash loan agreements by means of risk-funded participation and is currently involved in the formation of collective investment contracts with regard to e-commerce loans.
