About Mr Herry Kurniawan

Mr Herry Kurniawan is a key figure in ABNR’s projects, real estate, restructuring and insolvency practices. In projects, Herry has particular experience and expertise in the financing and development of major power-sector and industrial projects, and also regularly handles the real estate aspects of such projects. In real estate, he recently completed work on the assignment of land assets from the Asahan Development Authority (a state industrial development authority) to Inalum – this was a monumental project involving the transfer of titles to over 1,200 hectares of land following the government’s decision to dissolve the Asahan Development Authority.
