About Ridzky Firmansyah Amin

Ridzky Firmansyah Amin joined ABNR in February 2008 and is currently a partner at the firm. His main practice areas encompass commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, shipping and maritime, in addition to labour and employment matters. Ridzky’s employment practice within ABNR includes drafting and review of employment contracts, employee handbooks and manuals, and collective labour agreements. He also provides advice and assistance in employment termination and negotiations, including complex employment matters arising from mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisation. Ridzky also represents clients before the employment authorities and the Industrial Relations Court in employment disputes.
