About Petr Kusý

Petr Kusý is responsible for patent litigation at Čermák a spol. He has significant experience in organising domestic and international cross-border litigation, as well as handling the local part of multi-jurisdiction patent litigation. He has been involved in numerous patent disputes involving local and international clients who sought to defend their IP rights in Slovakia or defend against unjustified enforcement of IP rights against them. While he primarily concentrates on the practical side of the law, he also occasionally publishes on topics that relate to IP and speaks on current topics affecting IP in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
