In addition to client work, he updates and revises a text on copyright, one of the standard reference treatises in the field, cited as authority in over 4,200 US judicial opinions and by courts across the world. David has twice served as co-counsel representing clients before the US Supreme Court and testified before the US Congress about copyright reform on three occasions. He is a Professor from Practice at UCLA School of Law and teaches at universities worldwide.
