About Jason R. Gorczynski

Jason R. Gorczynski is co-lead partner of real estate investment and finance (Midwest region) at Katten. He leads highly complex real estate deals in the sports industry. He has represented NBA, MLB, MLS, NFL, NHL and NWSL team owners in numerous transactions, including the establishment of sports-anchored mixed-use entertainment districts, arena and stadium development, short- and long-term financings, complex parking operations, land assemblage and leases from public authorities. Jason advises lenders to team owners and real estate developers of university-related properties, as well as private equity firms, REITs, developers, family offices and high net worth individuals on various commercial real estate transactions.
