Dan Feldman
leads King & Spalding’s global energy team of over 350 lawyers from the firm’s Abu Dhabi office. With 23 years of experience, his practice spans the full energy value chain, including oil and gas, low-carbon energy, power, infrastructure and mining megaprojects. He has advised clients including ADNOC, Chevron, NEOM, Woodside and JERA on landmark and first-in-kind transactions such as ADNOC’s acquisition of stakes in ExxonMobil’s Baytown hydrogen facility and NEOM’s USD8.4 billion green hydrogen project.
