Delphine Guillotte
is a partner at King & Spalding’s finance and restructuring practice in Paris, advising French and international clients on acquisition and corporate financing, private placements, fund finance and debt restructuring. She has broad experience in distressed and pre-distressed situations with a specific emphasis on pre-distressed structures and mitigants. Delphine is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Rennes, is qualified in Paris and holds a PhD in private law.
