Sadyant Sasiprabhu is an associate in King & Spalding International LLP’s International Disputes practice group, based in London. His practice focuses on international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, acting for investors and sovereign states under leading institutional rules – including ICSID, DIFC-LCIA, ICC, SIAC, LCIA – and in ad hoc proceedings, including under the UNCITRAL Rules. Sadyant’s practice also encompasses arbitration-related court work and commercial litigation. He has frequently acted in complex and high value, cross-border disputes across sectors such as aviation, energy, metals, and mining.
