Shouvik Bhattacharya is counsel in King & Spalding’s International Disputes Group. He is a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience (civil) in England and Wales and a qualified attorney in New York. Shouvik’s cases are sited in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, and he has broad familiarity with the various institutional and ad hoc rules.
