About Phil Loynes

Phil Loynes is a corporate partner with more than 19 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia, advising on some of the Kingdom’s most significant energy, power, infrastructure, and government-backed projects. He is particularly recognised for structuring complex investments, public-private initiatives, joint ventures and strategic projects involving government entities, sovereign-backed institutions, and international investors. He is admitted to practise in England and Wales and is a member of The Law Society. Phil holds an LLB from the University of Leeds, a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Chester, and an Advanced Business Appreciation qualification from The University of Manchester.
