Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, project development and first-of-their-kind projects in the energy sector, with a focus on oil, gas, LNG and power. Zoë has extensive experience advising on the full Indonesian energy value chain. She is currently advising on the international gas sales arrangements for a significant gas discovery in Indonesia and on an LNG importation project in Indonesia. Other notable highlights include advising on the voluntary transition from a cost recovery production sharing contract to a gross split production sharing contract (one of the first in Indonesia).
