About Chris Heasley

Chris Heasley is a corporate partner in Kirkland & Ellis’s Austin and Houston offices and focuses on the development, acquisition and divestiture of energy and infrastructure-related projects and assets. He represents clients in connection with a broad range of assets, including in the upstream, midstream, downstream and renewable sectors. Chris’s transactional experience also includes advising clients in connection with the formation of joint ventures and complex energy projects; DrillCo arrangements, and farm-out and participation agreements to develop real property assets; transportation, supply, offtake and gathering agreements; and other commercial transactions.
