About Claudia Ray

Claudia Ray is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis and a member of the firm’s IP department. She represents clients in such industries as technology, financial services, consumer products, apparel, and entertainment in connection with adversarial proceedings relating to copyright and trade-mark infringement and theft of trade secrets, among other issues. She also advises on corporate transactions, licensing matters, and overall IP strategy. Claudia is a member of several professional legal bodies, including the International Trademark Association’s US Amicus Subcommittee, previously chaired the New York City Bar Association’s Trademarks and Unfair Competition committee, and frequently lectures and publishes on trade marks and other IP-related issues.
