About Nevyn Fournel

Nevyn Fournel is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Nevyn has experience across a wide range of intellectual property issues with a particular focus on patent litigation. She has worked on pan-European matters in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector and on complex global SEP/FRAND licensing disputes on behalf of leading players in the global telecommunications industry. Nevyn is dual-qualified in New York and Paris and has experience litigating IP disputes before both UK and French courts.
