About Ray Cheng

Ray Cheng is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He has broad experience across a wide range of complex intellectual property disputes, including patents, trade marks and copyright, with a particular focus on patent litigation. Ray has worked on matters involving cell culture engineering, antibody production, telecommunications, solid-state chemistry and software engineering. Ray’s clients are leading life sciences, technology and FMCG companies. Ray also has extensive experience in transactional intellectual property matters, including intellectual property licensing, assignments, supply and distribution agreements and due diligence.
