About Ryan Raybould

Ryan Raybould is a partner in Kirkland’s government, regulatory and internal investigations group. Ryan represents corporations, boards and executives involved in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and investigations. Ryan joined Kirkland after serving as Chief Counsel to former Assistant Majority Leader and US Senator Cornyn, where he helped draft and negotiate numerous pieces of legislation that became law on national security, drug diversion control, transparency and government accountability, operation of the federal courts, cybersecurity, international narcotics control and mental health access. He was also previously a federal prosecutor with the DOJ in the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas.
