About Alexandra Johnson

Alexandra Johnson is a partner and practice group leader of the transportation and space group at Milbank LLP in New York. Her experience includes a wide variety of structured finance transactions, international transactions and corporate transactions, including ABS and portfolio securitisations across multiple asset classes, corporate platform formations with dynamic capital structures, CLOs (including nontraditional CLOs), acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, secured lending and restructuring. She focuses on transportation and equipment assets, esoteric assets, digital infrastructure and space assets in the capital markets, the bank markets and the alternative lending markets. Ms Johnson regularly represents underwriters, lenders (including alternative lenders), debt and equity investors, sponsors, issuers, borrowers, lessors and credit insurers.
