About Camila Chediak

Camila Chediak is an associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the intellectual property practice group. Camila advises emerging and industry-leading companies on a broad range of trade mark and copyright matters, including the clearance, prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property assets, as well as licensing and other transactional work. She also regularly assists clients in trade mark oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, in domain name disputes, and in federal court litigations.
