About Aislinn Smalling

Aislinn Smalling is an associate in the Trademark, Copyright & Media practice in the San Francisco office of of DLP Piper. She predominantly works on maintenance, prosecution and enforcement of trade mark portfolios. Her work with trade mark portfolios includes trade mark counselling and clearance. She also has experience in copyright counselling and enforcement. In addition to her intellectual property counselling work, Aislinn has experience in bringing actions before the TTAB as well as assisting in a range of federal litigation matters.
