Jianing (Jenny) Zhang
is an associate in Ropes & Gray LLP’s strategic transactions group, with a focus on IP transactions in the life sciences and technology industries. She has experience in licensing, collaborations, venture capital, and M&A deals, with a range of clients in the life sciences sector and academic research institutes. While at Harvard Law School, Jenny was heavily involved with the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. She also advised start-up companies on corporate and IP matters with the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project.
