About Ryan Kramer

Ryan Kramer is an associate in Ropes & Gray LLP’s strategic transactions group, with a focus on IP transactions in the life sciences and technology industries. Ryan’s experience in the industry predates his career as an attorney, where as an undergraduate, he majored in Neuroscience and Medicine, Health & Society and worked as a research assistant in the Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science. During law school, Ryan served as the networking director for the Health Law Association and worked as a research assistant focusing on consumer protection and privacy law.
