About Anil Motwani

Anil Motwani is a partner in the Asia investment funds practice at Shearman & Sterling. He advises Asia-based sponsors on the formation and operation of private funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds and hedge funds. He is experienced in structuring funds that invest across China, India and other Asian markets, as well as globally. Anil is a member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. He is also a co-author of a chapter on Hong Kong investment funds in The Private Equity Review, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
