Ji Zhang
is an associate in the Asia investment funds practice at Shearman & Sterling. He works on representing institutional investors in their investments in PE and VC funds as well as co-investment projects around the world. He also advises other sponsor and private capital clients on their fundraising, regulatory and investment matters. He is a co-author of a chapter on Hong Kong investment funds in The Private Equity Review.
