About Keiko Shimizu

Keiko Shimizu is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. She handles a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate affairs. One of the focuses of her practice is securities and financial services regulations, and she advises asset management companies, securities brokers, banks and other financial institutions on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.
