Mai Kristofferson is an associate in Simpson Thacher’s Tokyo office and a member of the Asia Private Funds Practice, where she advises on a range of private fund matters. Mai’s recent experience includes advising on fundraising mandates for Advantage Partners, CLSA Sunrise, Endeavour United, J-STAR, Mercuria, NIC, NSSK, Seven Seas Advisors, as well as representing J-STAR on a continuation fund transaction in Japan.
