Craig Smyser is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience in intellectual property, trade secret and patent matters. He has tried over 70 cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts, and has arbitrated numerous domestic and international disputes. Craig has served as lead counsel in several high-profile cases, including class action and MDLs, and has recovered verdicts and settlements exceeding USD500 million.
