He advises buyers/bidders, sellers and target companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a key focus on private equity and financial sponsor-related M&A matters. His advice includes work for growth companies, founders and venture capital investors – typically at a later stage of their development trajectory. In the past, Florian had acted as Deutsche Boerse Group’s legal head of M&A and VC.
